Dror Steiner’s Bodyology Massage School

May 21 2012

We both had the pleasure of attending a Hot Stone Massage Course in 2011 which was run by Dror Steiner.
Dror is an osteopath, massage therapist and the founder of The Bodyology Massage School in London. His wide experience of treating patients as well as his passion for teaching had inspired him to open the school 5 years ago.
He has built a unique approach that helps many students to become successful, effective and safe massage therapists. His courses offer inspirational study with fun teaching methods such as muscle painting with the creation of anatomy models.
Dror’s school and teaching methods are definitely one of the best we came across during our educational journey, and as a result, Alicja felt encouraged to become an assistant at Bodyology School.

Dror says: “Since 2011, Alicja has been my teaching assistant in the massage diploma course. She brings into the classroom her knowledge and passion for massage therapy, and gives my students an inspired example of the perfect therapist. It’s not uncommon that Alicja and I would sit together at the end of each day and discuss the progress of the students, and those that needed some help as she brought to my attention. Thank you Alicja from me and many of my students.”

Tone Up for Summer at Bootcamp Pilates

May 08 2012

Warm weather is just around the corner and we’re all racing to get our dream bodies in time for the summer wardrobe to do itself justice. Well here’s a studio that will help you win that race with flying colours. Bootcamp Pilates London have newly refurbished studios in Notting Hill, Hoxton, Fulham, and Richmond, and are offering a discounted rate if you buy your package before May 14!

After frequenting many different pilates studios over the years, Bootcamp Pilates is one of my front runners due to its unique personable and intimate atmosphere that is definitely motivating. Bootcamp Pilates was one of the first studios to use the machine known as the ‘Reformer’, a system of springs, straps and pulleys which all work together to provide an effective, no-impact stretching, toning and aligning workout.

They offer private as well as group classes, all bookings are online, and the first class is free! For bookings and more information, check out their website at

Also, we’d like to make a special thanks to Alison at the Notting Hill studio for her collaboration with In Motion Massage!
