Ubuntu is an ancient word meaning “humanity for others”. In the spirit of Ubuntu, Jacob Lief, founded The Ubuntu Education Fund in 1999. This non-profit organisation provides a world-class and soul-inspiring health, education and social support to the orphaned and vulnerable children of Port Elizabeth, South Africa.
Recently, one of our clients, Amy Gordon, organised a fund raising event The London UbuntuLuxe in her Regent’s Park House. Apart from leading fashion brands selling their products there were also various health professionals-including Alicja- who made presentations and offered on-to-one consultations. Money raised from that event will help children of Port Elizabeth to have a brighter future.
